Giha Installation Flooring

Giha Installation Flooring is the optimal choice for a fast and moisture-free floor construction. With our patented systems, we create even subfloors and effectively conceal installations in both new build and renovation projects.

Time and cost-effective, level uneven floors and completely free from moisture

How Giha installation floors work

Our system is based on a brilliant method where the floor chipboard rests directly on nylon screws that are levelled to the exact height. This eliminates the need for time-consuming casting or self-levelling screeding, making the process both time- and cost-effective. By avoiding wet works, no moisture is introduced to the building, and you can smoothly level old, uneven wooden floors or raw concrete. It leaves a generous space under the floor surface for invisible routing of electrical, plumbing, and network cables.

The system is extremely flexible and suitable for a variety of environments such as modern offices, retail premises, and technology-intensive computer rooms or server rooms. It is also an excellent solution for public buildings like schools, nurseries, and churches where accessibility and concealed installations are a requirement. Restaurants, educational facilities, and service buildings also benefit from the short installation time. For basement environments, it is a safe choice as the construction allows for underlying air circulation and keeps the floor surface dry and warm.

Level-adjusting function for total flexibility

Giha Installation Floors offers a unique height-adjusting function that can adjust the floor height from 26 mm up to 400 mm, including chipboard. This makes it possible to bridge large height differences and unevenness in the subfloor without heavy and costly framing.

The adjustment is quick and easy thanks to the pre-mounted bushings, ensuring a completely level final result regardless of whether the conditions are a sloping industrial floor or a flexible joist in an older house.

Simple adjustment and invisible re-application

Once the underfloor installation work is completed and the height is set, the nylon screws are cut for a perfect finish. Should future inspections or additional cable routing be required, our specially adapted cover caps can be used for easy reinstallation.

The cable is fitted into the floor plate's bushings and is then discreetly covered by the floor covering or self-levelling compound. If you choose to lay parquet or wood flooring on top, no cover caps are needed at all, making the system completely invisible to the eye.

Giha installation floor technical information

The system comprises few components to minimise material handling and transport requirements. Our floor slabs are 22 mm thick and can be delivered with pre-fitted polystyrene insulation for improved thermal comfort and sound insulation.

For stable fastening, either a concrete screw or a nail plug is used, depending on the condition of the substrate. All parts are dimensioned to withstand high loads, making Giha a reliable partner for heavy office furniture and technical equipment in demanding environments.

Quick assembly, high load capacity, and moisture-free construction

  • For several documents

Our systems are easily adapted for both new builds and renovations, regardless of whether the substrate is concrete, wood, or has significant unevenness.

  • Fewer work steps

Skip casting and putty; the floor rests on nylon screws, making assembly quicker and significantly lowering the total project cost.

  • Does not affect layout

The low construction height and flexible levelling mean that the existing layout of the premises is preserved without requiring major structural interventions.
